MV Parts on Demand return policy:
You may return at your cost: any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. Upon opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition.

The item being returned cannot be used, installed or damaged in any way. Returnable items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to email@example.com. Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your return request. We will then provide an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RMA Number will be refused. An RMA Number will be provided within 24 business hours. We also recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.
Our warranty with value to any item sold is limited exclusively to the warranty of the products manufacturer. MV Parts On Demand provides no warranty. We are not responsible for labor charges or substantial damages of any situation at all. We will not assume any responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation. All warranties are limited to the proper use, application, and installation by a trained individual in the industry. In all trial MV Parts On Demand's liability is limited to the purchase price.
Replacement and repair part provisions
Most manufacturer warranties are replacement or repair parts provided policies and are not subject to a refund so please request as regards the policy of your particular item. All warranty claims will be processed immediately, with the exception of products which manufacturers require an inspection of said product. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s in-home warranty. These products cannot for any reason be returned to MV Parts On Demand for warranty labor or replacement. Manufacturers with in-home warranties are limited to the product be serviced in the home by a warranty permitted repair technician. This also includes products that may not work at the time of first installation. Manufacturers will not approve warranty claims on products that have been uninstalled and sent back to MV Parts On Demand. The product must remain installed and the manufacturer will be responsible for managing the process of an in-home warranty repair or replacement. Please contact the manufacturer directly. Always check your warranty policy before removing or uninstalling any products in the case that they may be covered by an in-home warranty.
Date coded items
Some items are stamped during manufacture with date codes to indicate warranty periods. MV Parts On Demand takes no responsibility or makes no promises, or implications that products with date codes are supplied with date codes that reflect an exact warranty coverage period. It is the consumers’ responsibility to inspect all date codes and verify the manufacturer’s warranty information before installation. Warranties on date coded items will only be approved on date codes that fall with-in the manufacturer’s warranty period from the stamped date.
All parts ordered for warranty claim purposes are non-returnable. Any products ordered for warranty claims without a warranty return number or approved by MV Parts On Demand are well thought-out an offer to purchase these parts. These purchases are then fall under MV Parts On Demand's normal terms of payment and subject to interest charges if not paid within our standard payment terms.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No warranty or return items will be accepted without an RMA Number. All warranty requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, invoice number, make, model number, serial number and a full explanation of the warranty issue. Some manufacturers need their own paperwork to be filled out and the appropriate manufacturer forms must be used and filled out in full. MV Parts On Demand will then provide an RMA Number that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RMA Number will be rejected. An RMA Number will be provided within 24 business hours. As MV Parts On Demand only claims responsibility for warranty on the product extra shipping and handling charges will apply. Shipping any warranty or returns back to MV Parts On Demand or the Manufacturer is the responsibility and at the cost to the customer. Most in stock items ship within 24 standard business hours via MV Parts On Demand's carrier of choice. If any additional charges will apply you will be advised of additional charges prior to shipping. The order will be held until written or email approval is received. Damaged items must be claimed within 24 hours. Any items signed for with freight damaged may not be claimed. For more information see Return Policy above.
MV Parts On Demand makes no promises or implies exact delivery times on any shipments. MV Parts On Demand strives to provide top quality customer service and works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you have an explanatory condition that requires exact or urgent shipment times we highly recommend placing your order through your nearest branch. MV Parts On Demand reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice.
All shipments must be signed for. Our policy does not allow for couriers to drop off orders without receiving a required signature. If you cannot be present to receive an order we recommend shipping the order to a source that can sign on your behalf. The recipient’s name must appear in the shipping information if you are shipping to an alternate source or the package may not be delivered. You also have the option of having the order held at the nearest station or post office for pickup. Please specify any instructions to this effect in the order comment section. Standard courier or postal delivery rules apply unless otherwise noted.
Claims for shipment shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Obvious shortage/damage should be noted next to your signature on delivery receipt. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. To process any shortages you will require your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number & account number.
MV Parts On Demand IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE BY CARRIER. IF DAMAGE IS NOTED, PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL CARTON FOR POSSIBLE CARRIER INSPECTION AND CONTACT CARRIER. All glass products, range hoods & electrical meters should be insured when using carriers.
